The study is the first to examine comprehensively cultural diversity in federal administration in Germany. It focuses on the way in which employees with a migrant background are represented regarding their individual employment situation and career trajectories, and on individual attitudes of employees towards the organisational culture and diversity management of their respective organisation. The study is based on an online survey among approximately 50,000 employees in 55 federal administration offices.
