The brochure on the study “Cultural Diversity and Equal Opportunities in Federal Administration” by the Federal Government Commissioner for Migration, Refugees and Integration and the Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB) presents the results of an employee survey on cultural diversity and equal opportunities in direct federal administration. The “Diversity and Equal Opportunities Survey” was conducted in 2019 and provides representative data on the topic for the first time. It thereby contributes significantly to the improvement of scientific knowledge about the consequences of cultural diversity in public administration.
