From March 20 to 24, Marina Kolobova from the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research was joining our team to explore spatial mortality differences in Germany.

Marina Kolobova is a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock, Germany. She holds a M.Sc. degree in Demography from the University of Rostock. Currently, she is writing her PhD thesis focusing on various aspects related to mortality variation in Germany and its regions.

During her stay at BiB, she was working with our team to explore trends in spatial mortality variation in Germany.

We are looking forward to further intensify our collaboration.
