Please also include the data set used, the research question(s), the theoretical background, the method and initial results.
The deadline for submitting abstracts to the FReDA User Conference is 9 May 2025 and acceptance will be communicated by 23 May 2025. Depending on the number of submissions, the review team may assign some submissions to an additional poster session. The best conference presentation will be selected by a jury and awarded a prize.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for both early career researchers and experienced researchers to present preliminary results, receive comments and feedback from experienced data scientists, and discuss the results of their work.
The FReDA panel is a self-administered panel survey (online and paper) of people aged 18 to 49 and their partners, which takes place every six months. The survey was fielded for the first time in spring 2021. The thematic focus is on family life and the population in Germany.
