Call for Papers | 16.06.2021Symposium “The Ageing of the Babyboomers: Current Issues of Work and Retirement Research in a European Perspective”
Abstracts for the two-day online-symposium can be submitted until 31 July 2021. The symposium will serve as an international discussion forum on current issues of research on retirement transitions and life in retirement from a European perspective.
The symposium will be held 25-26 November 2021, and is organised and hosted by the research group Individual and Societal Ageing of the Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB). Given the Corona situation, it will be held as a virtual event.
Against the background of the ageing of the babyboomer cohorts, the conference will present and discuss current research findings on the retirement transition and the post-work life phase by international scholars.
